Are organic and conventional versions of tapioca syrup with the same DE level functionally interchangeable?

They should be functionally equivalent. For example, if you were to compare Ciranda's DE 43 organic tapioca syrup and our DE 43 conventional non-GMO tapioca syrup, the only real difference is that the organic syrup is made from tapioca starch which is grown and processed under certified organic conditions. The two syrups are processed at the same facility and with the same production process (times, temperatures, enzymes, etc...).
