Is your cocoa powder considered raw or low temperature processed (<118 F)?

Ciranda cocoa products cannot be considered raw. Although it is possible to skip the bean or nib roasting process, this would result in a product with a microbiological contamination that may be too high for typical U.S. food manufactures. Also, to grind the raw beans to liquor, a complicated and costly process is needed to control excess friction temperature.
