Palm Shortening

All purpose trans-fat free shortening, white in color, neutral in flavor, made from the stearin and olein fractions of the palmfruit oil.

Tapioca Starch - Pre-gel

Bland, fine, off-white powder that is pre-cooked so it swells in cold water and helps replace gluten's binding properties in gluten-free products.  

Cocoa Nibs

Cocoa Nibs are roasted and broken-up segments of the cocoa bean, ranging from 2 to 10 mm. Our nibs are selected 2 to 4 mm pieces.

Soy Lecithin, Fluid

Soy lecithin is a translucent, yellowish-brown, viscous fluid used primarily as an emulsifier, wetting agent, stabilizer, instantizing agent, release agent, lubricant, antioxidant and dispersant.

Honey

Light amber honey with a rich flavor and high enzymatic activity. Ciranda's organic polyfloral honey, also called wildflower honey, derives from the nectar of a variety of flora.

Canola Oil

A bland-flavored oil produced from rape seed, also known as canola.  This oil is organic and therefore non-GMO.

Sunflower Oil, Hi-Oleic

A stable, bland-flavored oil produced from sunflower seeds, and high in oleic fatty acid. It is refined, filtered and deodorized.

Potato Starch - Native

Organic potato starch is a white powder with a neutral taste used in food applications principally for high binding strength and long texture.
