Potato Starch - Pre-gelled

The organic potato starch is a white powder with a neutral taste used in food applications principally for high binding strength and long texture.  Pre-gel potato starch has been pre-cooked and dried to thicken in cold water. This starch is often referred to as cold-water swelling.

Chocolate Covered Cocoa Nibs

Crunchy pieces of roasted cocoa nibs covered with fruity, full bodied dark chocolate.  Adds crunch and a burst of chocolate flavor.

Chocolate Chips and Couvertures 56%

Chocolate chips and wafers made from chocolate with 56% cocoa content.  Medium viscosity.  Made with real vanilla powder and no lecithin.

Cocoa Nibs

Cocoa Nibs are roasted and broken-up natural segments of the cocoa bean, ranging from 2 to 10 mm. Our nibs are selected 2 to 4 mm pieces.

Cocoa Powder Alkalized 20/22

Our richest cocoa powder product, the premium quality alkalized cocoa powder has a cocoa butter content of 20 to 22% to provide maximum flavor.  The product is made predominantly from Dominican Republic beans.

Cocoa Powder Natural 20/22

This premium quality natural cocoa powder delivers maximum flavor with a cocoa butter content of 20 to 22%. The cocoa is made predominantly from Dominican Republic beans. It is also available with Fair Trade certification produced from 100% Dominican beans.

Palm Kernel Oil

Palm kernel oil is solid at room temperature and has a sharp melting curve.  It has a neutral color and flavor.
