Extra Virgin Palm Oil - Red

Our Palmfruit extra virgin palm oil retains the natural orange color and odor of the palmfruit. This product is a popular cooking oil in Brazil and West Africa, and adds a unique flavor to foods.  Also good for popcorn and stir-fries.

Palm Olein

This palm oil has a low melting point of about 70 degrees F.  It is liquid at ambient temperature, but it can produce a precipitation of saturated triglycerides if stored in cool places.

Canola Oil

A bland-flavored oil produced from rape seed, also known as canola.  This oil is organic and therefore non-GMO.

Sunflower Oil, Hi-Oleic

A stable, bland-flavored oil produced from sunflower seeds, and high in oleic fatty acid.  It is refined, filtered and deodorized.

Soybean Oil

A bland-flavored oil produced from soybeans and is non-GMO.

Potato Starch

The organic potato starch is a white powder with a neutral taste used in food applications principally for high binding strength and long texture.

Coconut Oils

Extra virgin coconut oil is white, solid at room temperature with a rich flavor and scent.  This oil is available with Fair Trade certification through EcoCert.
