Crystal Grape Sugars

SweetGrape™ is a white crystalline powder produced 100% from grapes with a neutral to slightly fruity aroma and sweet flavor. SweetGrape™ is a blend of Crystal Grape Dextrose and Crystal Grape Fructose with a sweetness power similar to sucrose.

Crystal FructoGrape™ is a white crystalline powder produced 100% from organic grapes with a neutral to slightly fruity aroma and sweet flavor. It is approximately 30% sweeter than sucrose and used primarily as a functional sweetener.

Sunflower Lecithin - Fluid

Sunflower lecithin is a translucent, yellowish-brown, viscous fluid used primarily as an emulsifier, wetting agent, stabilizer, instantizing agent, release agent, lubricant, antioxidant and dispersant.

Soy Lecithin - Fluid

Soy lecithin is a translucent, yellowish-brown, viscous fluid used primarily as an emulsifier, wetting agent, stabilizer, instantizing agent, release agent, lubricant, antioxidant and dispersant.

Cocoa Powder Alkalized 20/22

Our richest cocoa powder product, the premium quality alkalized cocoa powder has a cocoa butter content of 20 to 22% to provide maximum flavor.  The product is made predominantly from Dominican Republic beans.

Cocoa Nibs are roasted and broken-up segments of the cocoa bean, ranging from 2 to 10 mm. Our nibs are selected 2 to 4 mm pieces.

Chocolate chips and wafers made from chocolate with 56% cocoa content.  Medium viscosity.  Made with real vanilla powder and no lecithin.

Chocolate Covered Cocoa Nibs

Crunchy pieces of roasted cocoa nibs covered with fruity, full bodied dark chocolate.  Adds crunch and a burst of chocolate flavor.
