Roasted and ground cocoa beans (cocoa liquor) are mixed with sugar, cocoa butter, and vanilla and refined to reach a smooth 20 micron consistency, conched for 6 to 10 hours and deposited in various forms and shapes. No maltodextrin to add shine. Made without lecithin.
