Minimum order quantity is 10 units so 551.1 pounds. Production After the harvest, the cocoa beans are removed from the pods, fermented for 5 to 8 days, then dried. At the manufacturer, the beans are sorted, cleaned, pre-roasted, de-shelled, broken into nibs, roasted, and finally ground to a paste called cocoa liquor. Cocoa liquor is then separated by a hydraulic press into cocoa powder cake and cocoa butter until the 10 to 12% fat level in the cocoa powder is reached. The cocoa powder cake is finely ground and packed.
