Coconut flour is a high-fiber, coconut flavored powder created from the meat of the coconut after the oil has been removed. It is off-white in color and has a pleasant toasted and nutty flavor.

Organic Coconut Flour is produced from the meat of organic coconuts after it has been pressed to produce organic coconut oil. The processing steps are: breaking the coconuts, removing shells, shredding, drying, pressing out the oil, grinding, inspection, and packaging.
