Coconut milk is manufactured from mature organic coconuts. To process, coconuts are de-husked, manually de-shelled/peeled, and the coconut water is drained. The white meat is then washed, cut or finely shredded. Pressing this coconut mash yields coconut milk with a fat content of approximately 18%, adjusted by adding or subtracting coconut oil. An Ultra High Temperature (UHT) process guarantees a hygienic product with a long shelf life. Aseptically packed. The pressed cake is dried and ground to make coconut flour.
