Our Palmfruit extra virgin palm oil retains the natural orange-red color and odor of the palmfruit. This product is a popular cooking oil in Brazil and West Africa, and adds a unique flavor to foods.  Also good for popcorn and stir-fries.

Chocolate Covered Cocoa Nibs

Crunchy pieces of roasted cocoa nibs covered with fruity, full bodied dark chocolate.  Adds crunch and a burst of chocolate flavor.

Chocolate Chips and Couvertures 56%

Chocolate chips and wafers made from chocolate with 56% cocoa content.  Medium viscosity.  Made with real vanilla powder and no lecithin.

Cocoa Nibs

Cocoa Nibs are roasted and broken-up natural segments of the cocoa bean, ranging from 2 to 10 mm. Our nibs are selected 2 to 4 mm pieces.

Cocoa Powder Alkalized 20/22

Our richest cocoa powder product, the premium quality alkalized cocoa powder has a cocoa butter content of 20 to 22% to provide maximum flavor.  The product is made predominantly from Dominican Republic beans.

Carob Powder

An ideal replacement for cocoa powder, this Mediterranean fruit has been used for ages to make a nice drink powder or baking ingredient.  It is also high in fiber!

Olive Oil - Extra Virgin

Our olive oil comes from Tunisia and has a wonderfully rich and full flavor. It is light green in color and is produced from olives picked the day of production.
