Crystal Grape Sugars

SweetGrape™ is a white crystalline powder produced 100% from grapes with a neutral to slightly fruity aroma and sweet flavor. SweetGrape™ is a blend of Crystal Grape Dextrose and Crystal Grape Fructose with a sweetness power similar to sucrose.

Crystal Grape Dextrose

DextroGrape™ is a white crystalline powder produced 100% from organic grapes with a neutral to slightly fruity aroma and sweet flavor. It is approximately 30% less sweet compared to sucrose.

Crystal Grape Fructose

Crystal FructoGrape™ is a white crystalline powder produced 100% from organic grapes with a neutral to slightly fruity aroma and sweet flavor. It is approximately 30% sweeter than sucrose and used primarily as a functional sweetener.

Tapioca Dextrose

Tapioca dextrose is a sweet, white to off-white, low dusting powder.  

Tapioca Syrups

TapiOK® syrups are clean, neutral-flavored syrups that add sweetness and functional attributes in a wide variety of foods and beverages. They are available in a range of sugar profiles, from DE 27 to 95, and include varying maltose levels.

Agave Syrup

Agave syrup is a sweetener produced from the piña of the Blue Agave plant. The light-to-medium golden colored agave syrup has a slight agave flavor and low glycemic index of approximately 17. 

Honey

Light amber honey with a rich flavor and high enzymatic activity. Ciranda's organic polyfloral honey, also called wildflower honey, derives from the nectar of a variety of flora.
