Potato Starch - Pre-gelled

The organic potato starch is a white powder with a neutral taste used in food applications principally for high binding strength and long texture.  Pre-gel potato starch has been pre-cooked and dried to thicken in cold water. This starch is often referred to as cold-water swelling.

Tapioca Syrups

TapiOK® syrups are clean, neutral-flavored syrups that add sweetness and functional attributes in a wide variety of foods and beverages. They are available in a range of sugar profiles, from DE 27 to 95, and include varying maltose levels.

Agave Inulin

Agave inulin is a highly soluble dietary fiber (inulin-type fructan) that has been shown by scientific studies to provide numerous health benefits. Inulin serves as a "fertilizer" to sustain beneficial Bifidobacteria in the large intestine.  

Coconut Oils

Coconut Oil - Extra Virgin
Extra virgin coconut oil is white, solid at room temperature with a rich flavor and scent.  This oil is available with Fair Trade certification through EcoCert.

Desiccated Coconut

Desiccated coconut is shredded, dried coconut flesh.  It is available in fine and medium shreds as well as chips.

Cocoa Nibs

Cocoa Nibs are roasted and broken-up segments of the cocoa bean, ranging from 2 to 10 mm. Our nibs are selected 2 to 4 mm pieces.

Chocolate Covered Cocoa Nibs

Crunchy pieces of roasted cocoa nibs covered with fruity, full bodied dark chocolate.  Adds crunch and a burst of chocolate flavor.
