Palm Kernel Oil

Palm kernel oil is solid at room temperature and has a sharp melting curve.  It has a neutral color and flavor.

This oil is extracted from the kernel of the fruit of the organic cultivated palm tree. Extraction is done through mechanical pressing, without the use of solvents or chemicals. Oil refining utilizes USDA NOP-approved processing aids including citric acid and bleaching earth. These are not considered additives since they are removed during processing.
