Organic potato starch is a white powder with a neutral taste used in food applications principally for high binding strength and long texture.
Potatoes are first checked for quality. The high quality potatoes are washed and shredded and then washed again. The potato juice is separated and the starch is washed again. The starch is extracted through centrifuge from the water and is then dried. The starch passes through a screen, and a magnet. It is then packed in bags.
