Job Purpose Summary:
Oversee daily activities of the customer service team to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently and accurately.  Responsible for delivering outstanding and professional customer service to key accounts.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
  • Provide supervision, support and direction to the customer service team.
  • Complete a final review of sales orders prior to order being confirmed with customer. 

Sales Account Manager, International & Canadian Sales

Job Purpose Summary:
The Sales Account Manager is responsible for managing and driving profitable sales in Canada and international regions.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
  • Identify and prioritize sales opportunities within a specific region and establish relationships with the decision makers. 
  • Manage key customer accounts; provide customer support.
  • Participate in trade shows and customer visits (up to 30% travel).

Manager, Sales Division

Job Purpose Summary:
Develops and implements operational plans to achieve strategic sales objectives for current and new accounts that are aligned with Ciranda’s corporate strategy for growth. Manages and directs sales force to achieve sales and profit goals.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
  • Establish sales territories and sales goals within those territories in collaboration with Commercial Director.

Inside Sales Representative

Job Purpose Summary:
Support the Sales Division's business growth plans by assisting sales team and providing outstanding and memorable customer support.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
  • Manage new and existing customer inquiries, pre-qualify new leads, enter in CRM system, and send requested follow-up materials. 
  • Consistently document sales activities and provide weekly report to Manager, Sales Division.
