Organic potato starch is used in food manufacturing as a binding agent, thickener and leavening agent. Its water binding capacity is superior if compared to other starches. Our product is ideal for use in sauces, soups, meat industry (sausages), cold meats, casseroles, cakes and other bakery products, dairy products, fruit and berry preparations and desserts, confectionery, baby foods and seasoning blends among others. Potato starch can be used as a component or instead of other starches to make gluten-free products.
Our organic potato starch is made in Europe from potatoes grown in Europe.
