TAPIOK® 0RGANIC TAPI0CA SYRUPS are unique functional sweeteners derived from pure organic tapioca starch. Available in a variety of DE's/sweetness levels, TAPIOK™® syrups are hypoallergenic, non-GMO, certified organic and kosher. TAPIOK® clean, neutral flavor profile syrups contribute sweetness and other attributes to a wide range of products including beverages, cereals, baked goods and frozen desserts. The composition of complex sugars in these syrups provide a steady supply of energy. Available in DE's from 27 to 74, high maltose and flavored versions.

TAPIOCA® ORGANIC TAPIOCA MALTODEXTRINS DE 3 and DE 16 are produced from tapioca starch by a natural enzymatic process to give desirable fat-like and stabilizing properties. These maltodextrins can be used as a fat-replacer in desserts, cheese products, ice cream, baby foods, dressings, sauces and other products. Some of the benefits include the neutral flavor which makes it an excellent flavor release with improved smooth texture. Maltodextrins can gel in cold water, has a high water binding capability and has good freeze/thaw stability. The off-white color and low application rate of 2% to 10% makes it a great substitute for fat, milk, gums and other stabilizers.

TAPIOK® 0RGANIC TAPIOCA NATIVE STARCH is a thickener and stabilizer in fruit pies, soups, puddings, breads, sauces, soy and meat products. It can withstand long cooking times without breaking down. And products made with tapioca don't lose their quality when frozen or reheated because tapioca retains its thickening capabilities throughout these processes. Tapioca becomes clear and gel-like when cooked and dissolves completely when used as a thickener.

TAPIOK® TAPIOCA GRANULES These instant tapioca granules are pre-cooked to speed processing preparation time. Mainly used in creamy puddings, they are also ideal for thickening soups, pie fillings, and gravies in sweet or salty preparations.

TAPIOK® TAPIOCA PEARLS The classic tapioca pearls you grew up with in tapioca pudding are now available certified organic and kosher. The neutral flavor permits a great variety of applications in delicately flavored recipes.
