Organic coconut cream is produced from the pressing of shredded fresh organic coconut meat. It has a higher fat content (24%) than our standard organic coconut milk (18%) and is available in retort-sterilized cans or aseptic packaging.

Ciranda offers Palmfruit™ organic coconut cream with or without organic guar gum — a stabilizer used to reduce the separation of liquid and fat portions. Organic coconut cream without a stabilizer will require more agitation to incorporate the solids before use in the final application.
