Organic coconut milk is produced from fresh organic coconuts grown across Southeast Asia. It contains approximately 18% fat compared to our premium organic coconut cream which contains about 24% fat. Retort-sterilized or aseptic packaging is available.

Ciranda offers Palmfruit™ organic coconut milk with or without organic guar gum — a stabilizer used to reduce the separation of liquid and fat portions in the milk. Organic coconut milk produced without a stabilizer will require more agitation to incorporate the solids before use in the final application.
