Ciranda's organic extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) is produced in Tunisia from the first press of organic olives picked the day of production. Tunisia is one of the world's largest producers of olive oil and is known for its high quality oil.

Extra virgin olive oil can vary widely in flavor from fruity to bitter to grassy, which is dependent upon many factors including variety and maturity of olives, weather, length of storage and more. Our organic extra virgin olive oil is yellow-to-light green in color, full bodied, with a mild fruit note and slightly peppery finish.

Nutritionally, EVOO is a source of monounsaturated fats. Use it in pasta sauce, salad dressings, crackers, pizza crusts, hummus and prepared or frozen meals. It is also commonly used in the pet food and personal care industries.
